At NØLSON, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
